Upper End of Penetanguishene Bay from the Farm

Markings:
titled and dated 'October 14, 1836' on verso
Condition:
unframed; image is adhered to a paper backing in the right top and bottom corners. There is glue residue in all four corners on the verso and pinholes in the top corners from the artists working method. There is a line of discolouration from past framing 1" into the picture along the left edge and a very small loss of paper across the bottom right corner. Colours are fresh, and overall this work is in very good condition.
